2643-2707 Rand Road was obtained by Shear Property Group as part of a 17-building acquisition Summer-2015. This 28,340 SF freestanding, multi-tenant industrial building in the heart of Park Fletcher was sold early-2018.

The Deme Drive portfolio consists of 96,000 SF throughout four buildings on the Northeast side of Indianapolis. When acquired in late-2013, Deme Drive’s occupancy was under 70%. The stabilized asset is now 96% occupied and has been sold.
